Dogs are angels without wings.
It was too hot for hiking this month so I tried some street photography in the streets of L.A. It was so different than nature setting I normally take photos in. It was super challenging for me to ignore the pedestrians’ stares and the moving traffic while trying to get the right angle. I was self-conscious even more than usual. On the other hand, Xena did great to my surprise. I was so proud of her. She was relaxed and she was totally being herself while having the focus on me the whole time.
On the way home, I couldn’t stop thinking about how calm and relaxed she was, and how she enjoyed the activity we were doing together. I had a moment of realization that I made the experience stressful for me. If I stopped being too concerned about being perfect or being great with every shot, I could’ve enjoyed it too.
Something to work on…

We all can learn a lot from Xena. As always, cool pics.
Love your comment! 😄 Thank you, Andrick!
These pictures are awesome! I wish my dog would pose like that.
Thank you! And I wish Xena loves water and she gives me swimming photo ops. We all have things we wish for, don’t we 🙃🐶💕
