It’s been very hot and humid here in Southern California this summer so we haven’t done much hiking. Instead, we’ve been busy with early morning trail running and sunset walks. She is usually camera shy so I have to be quick when the moment is right.
I wondered what she thought as she stopped me to look at the beautiful sunset and the golden sky. But then, maybe she wasn’t thinking. Just simply feeling admiration and appreciation. Something I need to do more.
We saw some beautiful sunsets this summer.
Xena watched me having fun on a sunset hike.
And she had to join in the fun.
