Fall/Winter Coaching Cohorts

If spring–summer is a season for bold adventures, fall and winter are beautiful seasons for gentle progress — a time to keep the momentum going, build foundation or learn new skills, and move into the new year feeling steady, confident, and ready for more. I’d love to share that with you.
As the weather cools down and the trails get quieter, I’m opening two small coaching groups for people over 50 who want to move with more ease and confidence. These seasons have a way of inviting us to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with our bodies and mind.
Each group is intentionally limited to just three people, so we can move at a comfortable pace and stay present with what each of you needs. We meet twice a month for guided trail sessions focused on mobility, confidence, and gentle strength.
If you’ve been wanting a steady, supportive way to move through the cooler months, one of these might feel like a good fit.

Program Structure

Limited to 3 people per cohort.
Both cohorts run from November 2026 through February 2027, with 8 guided trail sessions meeting twice a month.
Trail selections are tailored to each group’s abilities and progress.
Because each program is designed as a progressive journey, participants commit to the full program, and joining midway isn’t available.
These aren’t just group hikes. They’re thoughtfully designed coaching experiences that combine movement, nature, skill-building, and meaningful connections.
